At fdhshop.com, we offer a return policy in accordance with applicable Danish law. Below, you can read about your rights and the conditions for returning items.
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. If you regret your purchase, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at krra@zevio.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
2. Returning Items
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, i.e., unused and in the original packaging.
• The return must be sent no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you bear responsibility for the item until we receive it.

3. Refunds
• Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days.
• Shipping costs are not refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• If the item has lost value due to use or damage, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Sealed items that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if the seal is broken (e.g., cosmetics, underwear).
• Digital products or downloads, once the delivery has begun with your consent.
5. Complaints and Defective Items
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you have the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the purchase date under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
• To submit a complaint, contact us at krra@zevio.com with a description of the issue and photos of the product.
• If your complaint is justified, we will cover the return shipping costs.
